Additionally, Adam built competitive landscapes for Fortune 500 partners at the culture-centric agency Wasserman and investigated high-level prospects for three years at Duke Development.

Adam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University. A value-oriented and detail-focused individual, Adam is also a certified helicopter pilot who enjoys constantly traveling and backpacking in new, unique destinations.

David’s commercial real estate practice is multifaceted and dynamic. The majority of his deals are centered on tenant representation and investment sales. His unwavering commitment towards ensuring that clients are well-positioned to obtain their desired result separates David from other brokers. From start to finish, David prides himself on being involved in every aspect of the transaction. His tireless work ethic and outside-the-box approach to problem solving adds unique value.

David is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley, having earned scholarships from the California Alumni Association and ABC News. During his time at Cal, David became involved with International House and cultivated strategic relationships that he continues to draw on today. He remains involved with the University community and participates in the selection process for the same scholarship that he won.

Brad Kesner brings nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate to the clients he serves as a Senior Vice President of Stone-Miller. Focused on leasing and investments sales, Brad represents Institutional Lenders, Banks, Trust Companies, Bank Trust Departments, Probate Attorneys, and individuals in leasing, selling and buying commercial property. Brad has personally leased and sold more than $500 million in commercial property in Southern California and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of real estate sales, including: income analysis, cash flow projections, due diligence studies, leases with options to purchase, installment sales, syndications, and partnerships. With his strong work ethic, well-honed negotiation skills, and intimate knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market, Brad has the proven ability to consistently create value for owners of commercial real estate.

Before joining Stone-Miller in 1994, Brad spent 13 years with Coldwell Banker Commercial, now CBRE. Starting as a market researcher while still in high school, Brad gained a solid foundation in the basics of real estate transactions, forming, negotiation, market analysis, prospect canvassing and closings. He was appointed to CB’s investment staff upon his graduation from college, and successfully represented buyers and sellers out of the firm’s Beverly Hills, mid Wilshire and San Fernando Valley offices.

Brad received his Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. Brad is a Southern Californian native, and an active member of a number of professional real estate associations.

Since starting the full-service commercial real estate firm, Brad has helped build the organization into a leading brokerage company in Southern California. Brad both manages the firm’s business and operations, and brings to bear his experience and detailed knowledge of sales transactions, financing, due diligence studies, title aspects, and legal documentation to successfully represent buyers and sellers of income producing property. Brad has handled over a billion dollars of commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including engagements with such organizations as DER German Rail, Clear Channel Communications, The Phelps Group, the State of California, Avalon Bay Properties, Arden Realty, and Karrass Seminars.

Prior to founding this firm, Brad served as Vice President at Julien J. Studley, Inc. specializing in tenant representation and lease negotiations for seven years. Brad was responsible for both building the firms National Investment Properties group and personally training the firm’s top junior executives in tenant representations, negotiation skills, and building client bases of both tenants and landlords.

Brad’s previous experience also includes a position as Assistant Vice President with Pacific Thrift and Loan, where he managed branch operations and was responsible for overseeing the bank’s real estate loan transactions.

Craig Miller co-founded Stone-Miller, formally known as the Stone Company, in 1991 to create a new type of brokerage – one providing complete and customized services to commercial tenants, and meeting the unique demands of a constantly changing real estate market. As Chief Executive Officer of Stone-Miller, Craig handles over $400 million in transactions per year, and has been responsible for overseeing each one of the firm’s more than 600 successful real estate transactions each year.

Since 1991, Craig has gained detailed knowledge of all aspects of tenant representation, including straight leases, leases with equity participation, lease restructuring, subleases, purchases, build-to-suit, and lease sale backs. His expertise has been critical to creating winning real estate solutions for firms such as Trillium Digital Systems (an Intel Company), Trope & Trope law firm, Esquire Deposition Services, Lockheed Martin, MedQuist, and many other companies both nationally and internationally.

Prior to co-founding Stone-Miller, Craig was an integral part of the National Leasing and Business Development teams at Julien J. Studley, Inc., where he gained extensive experience in the field of tenant representation and negotiations.

Craig began his professional career in real estate with Chase Development, where he specialized in shopping center development in the Southern California market. Craig pursued his undergraduate studies at the University of Arizona, Tucson and California State University, Northridge.

Cyrano Adlawan is an Assistant Vice President with Stone-Miller specializing in corporate office Tenant representation in Los Angeles County. During the past several years with Stone-Miller and Charles Dunn Company, Cyrano has worked with insurance/financial firms such as Prudential insurance (a $112 million sale transaction in Silicon Valley), United National Group, First Regional Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Timcor Financial and United Pacific Mortgage, Asian/International companies such as Pico Art Exhibit (a publicly listed Hong Kong firm), Mainichi International (Japan), Fuji Electronics (Japan) and FPS Logistics (Singapore); as well as entertainment firms such as Fox Entertainment and New Line Cinema.

Previously, Cyrano worked in real estate development with the Chief Executive Officer of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, an expansion of the Los Angeles Music Center. Performing financial analysis, construction management support, public relations and fundraising prospect research functions, Cyrano was part of the team that helped stabilize the project after threatened default; raise funds to increase the venture’s financing to $320 million; and set the project on track for completion.

Cyrano also assisted the Chairman of the LA 2000 Partnership, working on public policy issues such as the regional economy, housing development issues, and state land use. He worked closely with leaders from Maguire Thomas Partners, Lockheed Martin, ARCO, Times Mirror, Bank of America, and First Interstate Bank. Cyrano holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated as a National Woodrow Wilson Fellow.

As an Associate Vice President with Stone-Miller, Cindy brings a well-rounded background from her experience in commercial real estate working for Elite Property Management as the Vice President of Asset Management. During her four-year term with Elite, Cindy was responsible for overseeing the growth of a private portfolio from just seventy-five thousand square feet to over one and a half million square feet of commercial property including medical facilities, office, retail and light industrial space.

Cindy’s major responsibilities included seeking prospective investment properties, formulating purchase offers, negotiating the transactions and finding source funding. Cindy closed over $200 million in new loans, refinances, bridge loans, and construction loans including closing a $30 million loan for a long-term acute care hospital in Rancho Cucamonga, California, in just thirty days.

In addition to identifying properties and negotiating loans, Cindy also oversaw the property management team, negotiated the lease contracts for the portfolio and performed the financial analysis for new acquisitions and development projects.

Prior to her career in real estate, Cindy worked for PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (now UnitedHealthcare, Inc.), as a financial analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department where she was responsible for financial modeling and reviewing due diligence documents for acquisitions. Cindy also spent several years at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin, Inc., a well- established investment banking firm.

While at Stone-Miller, Cindy has developed a list of clients that crosses a wide spectrum of industries including, banking, finance, advertising, public relations, technology, education, medical, logistics, and many more.

Cindy is a native Californian, has lived in Italy for a number of years, and now resides in Los Angeles.

With more than two decades as a commercial real estate professional, David has developed a wealth of knowledge on a myriad of real estate matters spanning business development and strategy, needs analysis, property selection, financial and market analysis, contract review and negotiation, construction and improvement management, and lease administration. David has been involved in negotiating over $950 million in commercial real estate transactions.

David has consummated real estate transactions in the majority of states in the nation and has also provided complete real estate support for his many of his clients multiple locations. David’s has served as the primary real estate representative for companies having as many as 300 nationwide locations.

Some of the David’s accomplishments include his work with Four Seasons, Tenet Healthcare, Sony Music Entertainment, the Disney Foundation, AppleOne Employment Services, Constantin Films, Staffmark Holdings, Quantel Corporation, and the Act 1 Group of Companies. David’s creativity and legal expertise ensures that his clients fully understand the transaction and are able to take advantage any aspect which ultimately leads to a successful negotiation.

Eric Krauter is a Vice President in the pivotal Los Angeles office of Stone-Miller specializing exclusively in Tenant Representation throughout the Los Angeles area.

Eric’s experience stretches across all aspects of corporate real estate: complex and high-value leases; early negotiations, national portfolio restructuring, expansion and contraction negotiations, anchor high-rise lease negotiations and build-to-suits. Eric is considered an expert in solving occupancy issues and negotiating complex leases which entails strategic planning, project management, client liaison/reporting and project evaluation.

Additionally, Eric is renowned for his unique ability to bridge the world of corporate finance and commercial real estate to add value for his clients. He leverages his strategic and financial expertise to structure and create transactions that complement tenant’s financial and business drivers. Eric’s approach ensures that companies’ real estate decisions are made within the framework of their operational and financial objectives.

Eric Krauter rejoined Stone-Miller in 2015. Prior to Stone-Miller, Eric was a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle in the West Los Angeles office. Eric’s responsibilities at Stone-Miller include business development and Tenant representation with a concentration in the Entertainment, Media and Technology sectors. Eric has transacted hundreds of leases and has been one of Stone-Miller’s leading producers.

Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle & Stone-Miller, Eric spent two years at Marcus & Millichap in Chicago where he was part of an internship program working on the acquisitions & dispositions of commercial properties throughout the Chicago Metro area.

Elisha Tseng

Gonzalo is currently our Regional Vice President in the Southeast Region. He specializes in corporate office tenant representation, both for national and international clients. Gonzalo leverages his expertise in corporate finance, operations management, and international finance to meet all requirements from corporate clients in South Florida and across the United States.

Gonzalo works with all aspects of commercial real estate services, including business development, requirement analysis and planning, property selection, financial and market analysis, contract review and negotiation, construction management, and lease administration. He is currently heading the expansion of Stone-Miller throughout the U.S. east coast, more specifically our growth in tenant representation services in the South East region.

Prior to joining Stone-Miller, Gonzalo gained invaluable experience while working for global corporations, startups and international firms in the financial and technology industries. Some of these companies include Merrill Lynch, Société Générale Bank (Paris, France), and private equity firms specialized in Latin America and its food processing industry. As Executive Vice President of Stone-Miller, Jeff Lipson is responsible for leading major tenant representation engagements with successful organizations around the country. Since joining Stone-Miller in 1994, he had been involved in over $500 million in commercial real estate lease and sale transactions. Jeff has expertise in all aspects of commercial tenant representation, and has used his knowledge to create unique, beneficial, and lasting real estate solutions while working with blue chip technology companies such as Intel, professional firms, and prominent Entertainment companies.

Jeff has demonstrated his ability to help on organization use real estate to maximum advantage. Jeff has worked with Intel Corporation on strategic planning, relocation, subleasing, lease terminations, buyouts, and helping them leverage their financial strength into very tenant-favorable leases.

Aside from Jeff’s expertise representing Tenants, Jeff is very experienced representing Buyers and Sellers of commercial property. Since the mid 90’s, Jeff has represented many owner user/investment buyers and sellers throughout Southern California.

As an example, working as exclusive representation for Nasty Gal Inc., Richard favorably negotiated a 58,000 sf corporate headquarters expansion in Downtown Los Angeles, and relocated and expanded their Distribution Center to a 527,000 sf facility in Kentucky.

Los Angeles Native, Ron Kaspi graduated as a Magna Cum Laude from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business in 2016 earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. As part of his educational coursework, Ron also received his International Degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with a focus on International Negotiations.

Ron Kaspi is now a Real Estate Consultant at Stone-Miller, specializing in tenant representation throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Ron always puts the tenant first; he wants to work alongside clients to help make the most effective business decision – whether it be upsizing, downsizing, or relocating. As part of his transparent and unparalleled work ethic, Ron will do anything to ensure the tenant maximizes their savings to the bottom line. Prior to joining Stone-Miller, Ron Kaspi held the #1 National Salesman Title at Oracle Corp by implementing cloud software to companies generating more than $1 billion in yearly revenue.

Ron is committed to understanding his clients’ needs at each stage of their business cycle so that he can adapt and customize his solution for the tenant in order to achieve maximum satisfaction on behalf of his clients. As part of Ron’s extracurricular, Ron stays active by volunteering, traveling, and investing.

Jessica Steinberg is a Malibu native, and her diverse real estate background includes studying interior design at UCLA Extension, to working in luxury architecture, property management, and residential real estate. Whether designing a home using computer-aided design software, helping tenants at their office building, or assisting clients in finding their dream home, Jessica brings her pronounced interest in all aspects of real estate to Stone-Miller.

Jessica attended the University of California at Santa Barbara, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature, and studied public speaking for two years in Toastmasters. Along with writing for online and printed publications, she was a social media director and reporter for a nonprofit news program, and she landed a speaking engagement for a Fortune 100 company, teaching associates how to eat healthy while traveling. As Client Services Coordinator, Jessica uses both her broad range of real estate experience, and her extensive communication and interpersonal skills, to ensure the highest level of service to Stone-Miller clients.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys the beach, reading, yoga, and comedy shows. As a chef and cooking instructor, she can be found exploring restaurants and attending food events around the city.
