Prior to founding this firm, Brad served as Vice President at Julien J. Studley, Inc. specializing in tenant representation and lease negotiations for seven years. Brad was responsible for both building the firms National Investment Properties group and personally training the firm’s top junior executives in tenant representations, negotiation skills, and building client bases of both tenants and landlords.

Craig Miller co-founded Stone-Miller, formally known as the Stone Company, in 1991 to create a new type of brokerage – one providing complete and customized services to commercial tenants, and meeting the unique demands of a constantly changing real estate market. As Chief Executive Officer of Stone-Miller, Craig handles over $400 million in transactions per year, and has been responsible for overseeing each one of the firm’s more than 600 successful real estate transactions each year.
Since 1991, Craig has gained detailed knowledge of all aspects of tenant representation, including straight leases, leases with equity participation, lease restructuring, subleases, purchases, build-to-suit, and lease sale backs. As an Vice President with Stone-Miller, Cindy brings a well-rounded background from her experience in commercial real estate working for Elite Property Management as the Vice President of Asset Management. During her four-year term with Elite, Cindy was responsible for overseeing the growth of a private portfolio from just seventy-five thousand square feet to over one and a half million square feet of commercial property including medical facilities, office, retail and light industrial space.
Cindy’s major responsibilities included seeking prospective investment properties, formulating purchase offers, negotiating the transactions and finding source funding. Cindy closed over $200 million in new loans, refinances, bridge loans, and construction loans including closing a $30 million loan for a long-term acute care hospital in Rancho Cucamonga, California, in just thirty days.
In addition to identifying properties and negotiating loans, Cindy also oversaw the property management team, negotiated the lease contracts for the portfolio and performed the financial analysis for new acquisitions and development projects.
Prior to her career in real estate, Cindy worked for PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (now UnitedHealthcare, Inc.), as a financial analyst in the mergers and acquisitions department where she was responsible for financial modeling and reviewing due diligence documents for acquisitions. Cindy also spent several years at Houlihan Lokey Howard and Zukin, Inc., a well- established investment banking firm.

Starting as a market researcher while still in high school, Brad gained a solid foundation in the basics of real estate transactions, forming, negotiation, market analysis, prospect canvassing and closings. He was appointed to CB’s investment staff upon his graduation from college, and successfully represented buyers and sellers out of the firm’s Beverly Hills, mid Wilshire and San Fernando Valley offices.
